   • Frontend leadership — Led the frontend team on Agriness, a platform used by thousands of pig farms, setting the standards for best practices and code quality and implementing internationalization to serve multiple languages.
   • AI-assisted delivery — Defined the conventions, reusable skills and context files that guide AI coding agents in the codebase, making frontend deliveries with AI 80% faster.
   • Flagship rebuild — Delivered the new version of the company's flagship software, rebuilt from scratch with React and its ecosystem, raising user satisfaction by 85% over the outdated, bug-prone legacy version.

   • Conversion funnel — Led the frontend implementation of the gas contracting flow in Comgás Virtual, a key funnel for converting visitors into new customers.
   • Hospital patient app — On the Sírio-Libanês React Native app, introduced over-the-air deployments so fixes and JavaScript-only features skip slow app store reviews, built a native bridge to the Meridian SDK for indoor routing, and delivered scheduling for exams, appointments and telemedicine, adding a new revenue channel for the hospital.
   • Quality and mentoring — Mentored other frontend developers, guided architectural decisions and built a testing culture with unit and E2E tests (Detox, Gherkin), raising coverage to 85%.
